In accordance with the requirements of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA), this notice is to inform you that restricted transactions are prohibited from being processed through your account or relationship with our institution. Restricted transactions are defined as transactions in which a person or entity accepts credit, funds, instruments, or other proceeds from another person or entity in connection with unlawful internet gambling.

It is illegal to operate an online gaming business without a license. Any person or entity that offers internet gambling must provide us with evidence of its legal authority to do so.
