How It Works

Getting started is easy:

  1. Log in to your online banking account.
  2. Go to Bill Pay (look for “$ Pay” on mobile or “Pay A Person” on desktop).
  3. Add a Payee using their name, email, phone number, and a shared keyword.
  4. The recipient will:
    1. Enter the shared keyword
    2. Add their routing and account number
  5. You’ll receive a confirmation once it’s set up, and next time, you just select their name and send.

When Will My Payment Arrive?

Most payments are processed the same or the next business day, depending on when you send them. Payments sent after 5:00 p.m. or on weekends may be processed the next business day.
