We have been made aware of customers receiving automated phone calls in which the caller claims to be from Community First Bank to review accounts and talk about COVID assistance. These calls are fraudulent, and we have reported the scam to our local police department. Please note, we will never ask for specific account information over the phone (including numbers, names and passwords). If you have any questions or concerns, or feel you may have given out personal information to someone not associated with CFB, please call your local branch directly.
Our January give-back to celebrate our 150th Anniversary was to support local organizations in each of our markets with $150 donations. We're so grateful to share our celebration with our communities!

This prestigious award is presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. The awards list was announced on June 25th and can currently be viewed on the Forbes website.
With the rise in COVID cases in Wisconsin, CFB has proactively decided to once again close our lobbies to bank traffic. Business hours will remain the same for drive-thrus and walk-ups, and, as always, account may be accessed 24/7 via online, mobile, and telephone banking.
