To keep our staff and customers safe, we are evaluating the COVID-19 situation in our markets on a daily basis. At this time, our lobbies are open, but from time to time you may see one of our branches with its lobby closed
With the rise in COVID cases in Wisconsin, CFB has proactively decided to once again close our lobbies to bank traffic. Business hours will remain the same for drive-thrus and walk-ups, and, as always, account may be accessed 24/7 via online, mobile, and telephone banking.
Please visit our locations page for the hours of operation for your local branch.
We have implemented several precautions to ensure safety for our customers and staff, including hand sanitizer, Plexiglas dividers, and masks upon request. Wherever feasible, team members will continue working remotely and are still available by telephone and appointment.
During these confusing times, cases of fraud are on the rise. It’s easier to be distracted and let our guards down with so much else going on in our lives, which could possibly make us more susceptible to phishing. Phone calls, texts, websites, and social media are all ways cybercriminals can try to scam you.
As the state moves towards reopening, we are resuming normal business hours for our walk-ups and drive-ups effective May 26th.
Our lobbies will remain closed until CFB branches can implement the necessary precautions to ensure safety for our customers and staff, including hand sanitizer, Plexiglas dividers, etc. Wherever feasible, team members will continue working remotely and are still available by telephone and appointment.

As of 4/16/2020, it has been announced that the $349 Billion dollar allocation for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) facilitated through the Small Business Administration (SBA) has been expended. At this time, the SBA is currently unable to accept new applications for the program; however, it has been communicated that there is pending legislation under discussion within the United States Congress for additional monies to be appropriated to the program.
At Community First Bank, we are actively monitoring updates from the US Small Business Administration (SBA) as they release details on provisions and programs designed to help business owners during this challenging time.
