Thursday, May 4, 2023/Categories: Bank News

Boscobel, WI (April 25, 2023) – Retail and Business Development leaders at Community First Bank have sprung into action to offer financial relief to the residents in Grant and Crawford counties. In response to the recent record flood stage of the Mississippi River and the ensuing devastation experienced, a low interest Flood Relief Loan Program is being made available immediately.

CFB’s Flood Relief Loan Program is designed to help with recovery and clean-up efforts caused by the flood damage. Anyone residing in the area suffering flood damage is urged to apply.

The terms of the Flood Relief Loan Program include up to $5,000 in funding, unsecured, at a fixed rate of 4.00% APR* for up to 36 months. Additionally, it offers no payment for 90 days, and no loan origination fee. Normal underwriting guidelines apply, and applicants are asked to provide details to the extent of their flood damage.

“Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of those being affected by the flood waters along the Mississippi River. We recognize the challenges people and businesses in our local communities are facing and we want to step up and help.” Says Kevin Raisbeck, EVP, Chief Lending & Business Development Officer. “Not only will you find members of our team rolling up their sleeves and helping with cleanup, but also by doing what we do best…providing much needed financial relief.”

Those in need can apply at any of our Community First Bank locations. For more information, please contact your local banker, or call 608-375-4117.
