The Buckle Inc retail store announced Friday that they were hit with a data breach in their 450 stores within the United States. It was stated that malware was found on their cash registers between October 28, 2016 and April 14 2017. Buckle did state that any online orders were not affected. Buckle is equipped with the EMV-capable card terminals, making the cloning of cards more difficult.
If you are wondering if your card has been compromised, please pay extra attention to your statements and account activity. Contact us if you notice any unusual activity on your account. Please contact your local branch if you have any additional questions.
