Important Information Regarding Banking Access During Software Conversion Weekend June 17th–20th

Community First Bank is continuously looking for ways to enhance our customer experience! As part of our initiative to offer our customers innovative solutions, we will be updating our core data processing software the weekend of June 17, 2022.

The following are ways our customers will be impacted that weekend:

  • All branch locations will be closed on Saturday, June 18, 2022.
  • Electronic methods of banking, including online, phone banking, and through the mobile app, will not be available from 6:00 p.m. CST on Friday, June 17, 2022 to 8:00 a.m. CST Monday, June 20, 2022.
  • Community First Bank ATM’s and debit and ATM cards will be available for normal use over the weekend.
  • On Monday, June 20, 2022, ATM and debit cards will be in “stand-in mode” from 8:00 a.m. CST to 12:00 p.m. CST. Although this should not have an impact on your ability to use your cards, it is recommended a second form of payment (checks, credit card, etc.) be available during this time as a backup method.
