Look what's coming to FirstLine on August 1st.

 

We are excited to announce that FirstLine will be updated with some terrific NEW features on August 1, 2017!  Here is a list of the features included with the new FirstLine telephone banking product.

  • Instant access to any account that you are a primary, joint or custodial owner*.  

  • Real time balance information 24/7.

  • Transfer capabilities available between your accounts automatically.  New!

  • Activate or Deactivate your POS or ATM card.  New!

  • Account history inquiry including the last 90 transactions.

  • Single PIN account/transfer access.  New!

  • Prompts available in Spanish.

  • Bank location/hours information.

  • Ability to speak with a bank representative during normal banking hours.

  • Automated FirstLine account deactivation after 60 days of inactivity – New security feature!

If you currently use FirstLine, your PIN will be reset to the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number on August 1st.  You will use your Social Security Number whether you are primary, joint or custodian.  Once you change that PIN, you won’t have to enter another one for other account inquiries or transfers.  One PIN does it all!  If you have any questions please call us at 608-375-4117.
